Tom, Mark and Travis.
Used to be funny, now they're trying too hard to be Serious. I just wish they'd go back to their stupid "Lets run around town naked" days.

Blink182 isn't punk.
But the members of the band are.

Travis also plays Drums for The Transplants, with Tim Armstrong (Singer from Rancid) (Guitar and Vocals) and Skinhead Rob (Vocals).

ok they're not pop punk. punk is sex pistols (to be overly obvious) or the distillers or the specials or ramones or whatever. punk is pretty much dead. there is still punk music, but the era is over and so are the people. even if you truly are punk you wouldn't label yourself. why bother? i wouldnt say blink were posers, they know who they are but it reeli pisses me off when ppl say htey are anything to do wiht punk. yes, they have giutars, voices, fans but theyre not punk. theyre pop rock. and the genre doesnt really matter anyways if you really like the music
person: i love blink 182 ther so hardcore
other person: no there not. theyre fine, but ther not hardcore

A three piece band from southern California that realized they could capitalize on a music scene that was never about capitalization. Immature and unrealistic to the core, they began to make music that dealt solely with issues not about politics and rebellion, as original punk music did, but about toilet humor, like getting a boner over a friends mother or pulling pranks and blaming it on A.D.D. Their following consists largely of fake tanned, Hurley sporting, big breasted teen girls who pretend to be surfers from Hawaii, and cirrhosis-ridden meat head jocks with puka shell necklaces and muscle shirts who think the mosh pit is a place to beat the shit out of people. When they see real punk rockers, they trash on them since the concept of punk rock is lost on them completely. Blink-182 CD's are commonly heard echoing through suburban neighborhoods, but seldom heard in cities, where the real underground music scene thrives. In short it is a pathetic band marked with even bigger fan losers.
After they hear Blink-182's hit single "What's My Age Again?" coming from the window of Jenny's Volkswagen Jetta, Justin and Jeremy, two Sham 69 fans, savagly vandalize it after she parks it at the local Starbucks.

Probably the funniest band there is.... thas right, u people who are slagging off blink forget that its more than jus music that make a good band (but their music is outstanding anyway), it's who they are....and they are immature jokers! the music industry needs people like this to lighten things up. pull that dildo out of ur ass and start appreciating good music!
